DEPOSIT, FINAL PAYMENT, CANCELLATION
Spring/Summer/Fall/Winter*
A deposit of 20% of the total room charge, including tax, is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 14 days before arrival. Cancellations made before the final payment will result in forfeiture of the Initial deposit. Cancellations made AFTER the final payment are non-refundable.
