David Hale - Director of Construction
An experienced leader with a proven track record of managing $2 billion in construction projects. With over two decades of experience in building complex structures throughout Colorado, and the USA.
Recently, David directed the extensive refurbishment of The Four Seasons Resort and Residences in Vail, showcasing his commitment to delivering high-quality work. At East West Hospitality, David continues to oversee the design and construction of our managed properties, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability. With his dedication and leadership, we are confident in our ability to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Peter Dann - Managing Partner
Peter focuses on growth through mergers and acquisitions across all destinations. Prior to joining EWH in 1992, Peter spent 15 years in Construction Management. He holds an active Colorado Real Estate Broker's license, is state and nationally certified in Association Management, and is a board member of both Beaver Creek Resort Company and EGE Air Alliance. Peter is a past chairman(2017/2018) of the Colorado Hotel Lodging Association.
Fun Fact: Peter is certified in underwater construction and spent a month working 400 feet underwater in the Gulf of Mexico.
