Check-In
Check-in begins at 4:00 pm on the date of your arrival. Check-out is 10:00 am on the date of your departure.
We strive to accommodate special requests, but cannot guarantee early check-in or late check-out or a specific residence, especially during peak periods. Guests arriving prior to check-in may request a parking pass and complimentary luggage storage so that they may enjoy the activities in Vail while we ready their residence.
24 HOUR GUEST SERVICES
Guests may check-in 24 hours a day at our front desk. Periodically this agent may be out from behind the desk assisting in-house guests. If the desk is empty upon your arrival please call 970.476.9530.
PARKING
Covered, on-site parking is available for $30/day per car in the winter. Summer: 1 complimentary parking spot per reservation, additional vehicles subject to a $25/day per car fee.
SNOW REMOVAL
During the wintertime and for guest safety, snow removal is required during and after large storms. This can occur at night and includes periods of noise, despite the equipment operator’s best efforts to keep these as minimal as possible.
