Check-In
Check-in begins at 5:00 pm on the date of your arrival. Check-out is 10:00 am on the date of your departure.
We strive to accommodate special requests, but cannot guarantee early check-in or late check-out or a specific residence, especially during peak periods. Guests arriving prior to check-in may request a parking pass and complimentary luggage storage so that they may enjoy the activities in Vail while we ready their residence.
GUEST SERVICES
The front desk is staffed from 7:30am - 9:00pm daily in the winter. For after-hours assistance, please call 970-306-8723. Check-in instructions will be emailed a few days prior to your arrival.
PARKING
Underground, heated, on-site parking is available. A $50 parking fee will be billed per car/per day.
SNOW REMOVAL
During the wintertime and for guest safety, snow removal is required during and after large storms. This can occur at night and includes periods of noise, despite the equipment operator’s best efforts to keep these as minimal as possible.
