Beaver Creek is excited to present the Independence Day Celebration with a full day of live music, family activities, and mountain adventures on July 4th.

BC WONDER CELEBRATION
Experience Beaver Creek Wonder with performances, live music, and guided art walks take place as you explore the interactive art installations throughout the Village.

VILLAGE ART FAIR
Beaver Creek Village Art Fair Stroll through Village art galleries and take in art exhibits and live painting demonstrations.
TRANSROCKIES RUN
6 days and 120 miles. The TransRockies Run defined a new standard in an epic running adventure in North America – one that gives participants a spectacular taste of Colorado’s backcountry without compromising the sensational rugged beauty of the Rocky Mountains. This event ends in Beaver Creek, Colorado.

XTERRA TRIATHALON
Cheer on local, national, and worldwide athletes as they run, bike and swim in Avon and Beaver Creek! This event includes a full-length XTERRA championship triathlon race, a shorter distance XTERRA Sprint triathlon race as well as 5/9/18km trail runs. The event will feature $15,000 USD in prize money for elite athletes. For amateurs, there will be 51 spots into the XTERRA World Championship in Maui up-for-grabs.

Raise your stein and sip on authentic German beers while the family enjoys music and games during this celebration. Each year, BC Oktoberfest traditionally takes place over Labor Day weekend.
HIKE, WINE and DINE
This fun, family-friendly event on Beaver Creek Mountain starts at 9:00 a.m. with registration, a slope-side breakfast snack, coffee, and mimosas. The moderate five-mile hike begins at 10:00 a.m. with the trail meandering through the aspens and is highlighted with tastings from several of the Vail Valley’s finest restaurants. The hike ends at the base of Centennial Lift with dessert, beverages, and music. All proceeds from this event benefit two of our region’s most valuable nonprofit healthcare resources: Vail Health Shaw Cancer Center and Jack’s Place, a cancer caring house.

BEAVER CREEK OPENING DAY
Celebrate opening day for the ski season in Beaver Creek. Traditionally the lifts start to run the day before Thanksgiving (subject to change).

WINTERFEST
Beaver Creek Loves Kids “WinterFest” celebrates the season with performances, interactive activities, WinterFest characters, parades, contests, holiday lights and more! Activities occur each day on the Village Plaza during après ski hours – join us for fun in the Village after a day of excitement on the slopes. All WinterFest activities are free and fun for “kids” of all ages! More details to follow.
NEW YEAR'S EVE
Celebrate the New Year with Beaver Creek's Family New Year's Eve event! This is an evening for every member of the family to enjoy, with food, beverages, and entertainment to please every age group.
