Check-In

Check-in for all Beaver Creek properties begins at 5:00 pm on the date of your arrival.  Check-out is no later than 10:00 am on the date of your departure.  Late checkouts are subject to a charge of up to 50% of the nightly rate.

We strive to accommodate special requests, but cannot guarantee early check-in or late check-out or a specific residence, especially during peak periods. Guests arriving prior to check-in may request a parking pass and complimentary luggage storage so that they may enjoy the activities in Beaver Creek while we ready their residence.

FRONT DESK HOURS

Spring/Summer/Fall: Monday – Friday from 9:00am – 5:00pm
Winter: Daily from 8:00am – 6:00pm

AFTER-HOURS CHECK-IN PROCESS

If you arrive after the Management Office is closed, a key packet with a map and key will be left for you on the office counter in the Ridgepoint lobby which is unlocked 24 hours a day.

PARKING

Please note there is only one parking spot per residence, and limited visitor parking, which is first-come, first-serve. All vehicles must display a Ridgepoint Parking Permit, received from the onsite Management Office (different than the one at the Beaver Creek Gate). Towing is enforced. Additional vehicles will need to be parked in the Lower Beaver Creek Lots.

SNOW REMOVAL

During the wintertime and for guest safety, snow removal is required during and after large storms. This can occur at night and includes periods of noise, despite the equipment operator’s best efforts to keep these as minimal as possible.
