Check-In
Check-in for all Beaver Creek properties begins at 5:00 pm on the date of your arrival. Check-out is no later than 10:00 am on the date of your departure. Late checkouts are subject to a charge of up to 50% of the nightly rate.
We strive to accommodate special requests, but cannot guarantee early check-in or late check-out or a specific residence, especially during peak periods. Guests arriving prior to check-in may request a parking pass and complimentary luggage storage so that they may enjoy the activities in Beaver Creek while we ready their residence.
FRONT DESK HOURS
Spring/Fall: Monday – Saturday from 9:00am – 5:00pm
Summer: Daily from 8:00am – 5:00pm
Winter: Daily from 8:00am – 6:00pm
AFTER-HOURS CHECK-IN PROCESS
If you arrive after the Front Desk is closed, an arrival packet including keys, building codes, and pertinent information for your stay will be left for you in the foyer wooden key box. The combination is 432.
PARKING
Please note there is only one parking spot per residence. Additional vehicles will need to be parked in the Lower Beaver Creek lots.
SNOW REMOVAL
During the wintertime and for guest safety, snow removal is required during and after large storms. This can occur at night and includes periods of noise, despite the equipment operator’s best efforts to keep these as minimal as possible.
