As an asset manager, East West recognized the opportunity to fund the Hyatt Hotel’s upgrade to a Park Hyatt by converting one hotel wing into fractional residences. East West created the cost-sharing model to modify the building’s condominium association, managing the budget and overseeing the construction project and ongoing operations, and augmenting the hotel’s services to meet the needs of the fractional club.
East West led the sales and marketing effort to realize the vision for the upgraded property.
