Check-In
Check-in for all Beaver Creek properties begins at 5:00 pm on the date of your arrival. Check-out is no later than 10:00 am on the date of your departure. Late checkouts are subject to a charge of up to 50% of the nightly rate.
We strive to accommodate special requests, but cannot guarantee early check-in or late check-out or a specific residence, especially during peak periods. Guests arriving prior to check-in may request a parking pass and complimentary luggage storage so that they may enjoy the activities in Beaver Creek while we ready their residence.
FRONT DESK HOURS
Ski Season: 8am - 6pm daily
Summer: 9am - 5pm daily
Spring/Fall: 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday
AFTER-HOURS CHECK-IN PROCESS
If you arrive after the Front Desk is closed, an arrival packet will be left for you at the main entrance to the Kiva lobby. Once you walk through the automated sliding glass doors in the front entrance, look for the wooden box labeled Late Arrival, located below the phone. The three-digit silver lock’s combination on the wooden box is 500. Inside the envelope with your name written on it, will be your condo card keys, registration card, and parking pass. Please bring the registration card and a credit card to the front desk the following day to complete your check-in.
PARKING
Please note there is only one parking spot per residence. Additional vehicles will need to be parked in the Lower Beaver Creek lots.
SNOW REMOVAL
During the wintertime and for guest safety, snow removal is required during and after large storms. This can occur at night and includes periods of noise, despite the equipment operator’s best efforts to keep these as minimal as possible.
