In 2015, East West Partners, Inc. and an affiliate of KSL Capital Partners, LLC entered into a Letter of Intent to purchase most of the remaining assets of the stalled Base Village development in Snowmass at Aspen.

East West Partners and KSL will assume the role of Base Village master developer and will oversee the development of the rest of the project. East West is providing strategic consulting services by completing a comprehensive accounting review to evaluate the purchase and feasibility of the project.
