Check-In

Check-in begins at 5:00 pm on the date of your arrival.  Check-out is 10:00 am on the date of your departure.

Check In

The Vail Mountain Lodging will contact all guests one week prior to their arrival for concierge services, arrival information, and any other services. This office handles each case individually and typically meets guests at the home or condo.

Properties: Arrabelle, Villa Cortina, Village Center, Village Inn Plaza

We strive to accommodate special requests, but cannot guarantee early check-in or late check-out or a specific residence, especially during peak periods.

Village Center

ON-SITE REPRESENTATIVE HOURS:

Spring/Fall: Monday – Friday from 9:00am – 5:00pm
Summer: Daily from 9:00am – 5:00pm
Winter: Daily from 9:00am – 5:00pm

PARKING

Please note there is only one parking spot per residence. Additional vehicles will need to be parked in the Vail Parking Structures for an overnight fee.

SNOW REMOVAL

During the wintertime and for guest safety, snow removal is required during and after large storms. This can occur at night and includes periods of noise, despite the equipment operator’s best efforts to keep these as minimal as possible.
