This approach drives revenue, enhances guest satisfaction, and safeguards brand integrity. This model for restaurant management in a luxury hotel environment ensures Toro Snowmass consistently delivers exceptional dining aligned with both the RSH and Viceroy brand.

In partnership with the Viceroy Snowmass team, East West Hospitality provided consulting and strategic support for the development and launch of Lift Line Tavern, which opened in December 2025. Our local team guided the creation of this new outlet from concept to execution, including operational planning, staffing strategy, menu development, and financial pro formas. Additionally, we provided marketing guidance to position the venue within the hotel and the greater resort to drive awareness among target audiences. By integrating operational, financial, and brand strategy, East West Hospitality ensured Lift Line Tavern would open with a cohesive concept, streamlined operations, and a strong foundation for long-term success at Viceroy Snowmass.
