With our current management of hotel and resort properties comes extensive food and beverage operations. East West Hospitality is engaged with eight restaurant operations and two large banquet operations in Colorado. Food and Beverage management started in 2008 with the opening of the Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa and has evolved with our involvement in Viceroy Snowmass. Keeping our focus and innovation at the forefront of culinary and operational trends, our collaboration with Richard Sandoval Hospitality, an internationally recognized contemporary Latin restaurant group, has allowed us to partner with some of the best restaurateurs in the industry.
